From The Mustard Seed Conspiracy by Tom Sine:
”How specifically can an understanding of God’s intentions for the future lend direction to us in the church as we face the challenges of the next two decades? For one thing, it can enable us to see ourselves and our mission more wholistically, to abandon the fruitless discussions […]

What if a group of business leaders that are followers of Christ pooled their money together to create a Kingdom Investment Group? The point of this group would be to find a large local church facility and put together an offer to buy it.ÂÂ

Keep a lookout for a new campaign from World Vision that will help kids in the most vulnerable situations get much needed help. This will be a significant appeal to help the world’s most poor, sick, abandoned and exploited children. These are the kids without any safety nets, at all.ÂÂ

Yet another Willow Creek Leadership Summit has ended. Each time I go, I go with fear about continued corporate approaches to church. But I always come away feeling blessed by the hearts of Bill Hybels and the various other speakers that share their hearts there. And I learn a ton.ÂÂ
At Hybels’ wrapup today, he reinforced […]

My life has just been rent, by Bono at a leadership conference. His call to me — even us – is a tough one. We live in a time of plenty. Abundance is prevalent. But it is concentrated. Many times not maliciously, or with ill intent. 90% of the world lives without — without food, without […]
