Irrelevant. Self-focused. A cultural ghetto.  Untinged by the width and breadth of God’s grace.  White.  Male.  Protective.  Uncomfortable with messy redemption.  Wrapped up, all nice and neat.  Reduced to the seven habits of highly successful spritual people.  Comfortable.  Politicized.  Uninterested in outsiders.  Afraid of sinners.  Cult of personality.  Consumer-oriented.  Tolerant of darkness.  Asleep. 

Is this our preferred future as a church?
